How does the Pure Upgrades program differ from other hotel loyalty programs?
Members of other hotel loyalty programs often only benefit from one hotel chain; members of Pure Upgrades aren't limited as we work with a wide range of hotels, from larger chains to smaller, independent hotels. Variety, after all, is the spice of life! Many other hotel loyalty programs offer other benefits to members; we offer room upgrades only. When other hotel loyalty programs do offer room upgrades, they are often based on availability at time of check-in or require members to have stayed at the hotel a number of times to qualify; with Pure Upgrades, members are allocated room upgrades at the time of reservation and do not require members to have clocked up a certain number of visits to be eligible. Our program makes it quick, easy and convenient, so you're relaxing in your premium room while others are still battling it out at the front desk.
What if there is not a hotel listed in a destination I plan to visit?
Whilst there are destinations we currently don't yet cover, Pure Upgrades is developing quickly, with new hotels joining on a daily basis. As a member, you'll have the ability to request new destinations you'd like to see hotels in, too. Remember, Pure Upgrades is a program for members, shaped by members.
Shouldn't I wait until I book my next trip to buy a membership?
Naturally, you'll be reluctant to sign-up for a membership before your next trip. But think about it; you never know if you want to plan a last-minute trip and you'll be kicking yourself if your loved one springs a surprise trip on you next weekend or you discover you've got a bank holiday to fill up! Ideal for overnight trips, weekend breaks and for long stays abroad, our program has all your travel plans covered.
Can I book a hotel through an agent and use the Pure Upgrades membership to claim a free room upgrade?
Unfortunately, you can't. In order to qualify for a complimentary room upgrade, you must book direct with the hotel using the special contact numbers and reservation request form available to you in the members-only area of www.pureupgrades.com (please note that hotel prices are based on the best available rate at the time of booking).
I always book superior rooms at hotels, how can membership benefit me?
Many of the hotels in our portfolio also offer members additional upgrades (i.e. suites for the price of premium rooms). So whether you upgrade to an even better room or save money by staying in a suite for standard rates, the Pure Upgrades program works around you.
