There are no additional charges for delivery of memberships. Memberships will be dispatched by post or courier and will be delivered with 14 days from receipt of payment to addresses within the UK and rest of Europe. Delivery to clients outside of Europe may take a little longer.
If a membership card is lost in transit we will replace it at no extra cost, providing you notify us within 30 days of the date of sale. Top
In the event of a member wishing to cancel their membership, they may do so at any time during their membership term, access to the members section of the website will then be blocked.
The notice of cancellation must be in writing but may be given either by posting the notice to the address given below or emailing notification to info@pureupgrades.com
Pure Upgrades offers a "30 day - 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy" whereby if you are not 100% satisfied with the benefits you can enjoy as a Pure Upgrades member you can cancel your membership (see cancellation and return policies) within 30 days from date of purchase (i.e. the date we send our Order Confirmation email until the expiry of a period of 30 "actual days") for a 100% refund of your membership payment. For your protection we recommend you use a recorded-delivery service.Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the membership card to us except where they were delivered in error. If you are returning a card because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working days cooling-off period, we will also refund the normal postage charge for the delivery of that item but we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. You will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
If we do not receive the return of the membership card from you following your cancellation, we may refuse the membership payment refund.
We will refund the purchase price for the membership within 30 days of the day on which your notice of cancellation was given. Top
