Hotel Enrolment Form

The above hotel agrees to offer any "Pure Upgrades" Card holder a complimentary room upgrade, when booking direct with the hotels selected reservations department. Bookings must be based on the hotels online public rate at the time of booking and will only be accepted when the hotel has available rooms. The hotel will appear in all "Pure Upgrades" affiliated directories until written notice is received instructing the termination of this registration, subject to a three month notice period, during which time the hotel agrees to honour all existing bookings for that period.
