Terms & Conditions

  1. To make your booking you MUST:
    • Contact the hotel of your choice directly to check availability.
    • Inform the hotel that you are a "member of the Pure Upgrades program". If there are no upgrades available, check alternative travel dates or call back closer to your travel date. Also, you can contact other listed hotels in the area (availability may be limited during peak periods which vary from country to country).
    • Place your reservation (some hotels may be booked through a central reservation agent).
  2. Upon arriving at the hotel, the Pure Upgrades membership card MUST be presented at the hotel reception.
  3. If either conditions 1 and 2 are not adhered to, the hotel may refuse to offer the complimentary room upgrade. (Simply showing your Pure Upgrades membership card at check in does not entitle you to an upgrade)
  4. Please note that the Pure Upgrades program does not apply to packages, special promotion room rates, group, corporate or convention rates, travel agency bookings, or any other reduced rate.
  5. Any additional requirements or preferences are to be requested at the time of placing your reservation.
  6. This offer is subject to the hotel's availability of superior rooms (some hotels may categorize 80% occupancy as full).
  7. All relevant charges are payable directly to the hotel. A deposit/payment in advance may be required.
  8. The upgrade will be based on paying for a standard room at the best available rate.
  9. The Pure Upgrades membership card is not a credit nor payment card and is for use by the registered cardholder only (who's signature appears on the reverse side of the card). Cards are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash redemption value. Pure Upgrades reserves the right to revoke membership at any time without notice (if applicable a proportional refund of the membership fee will be made).
  10. The promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for lost or stolen membership cards, loss of any other items, injuries or other incidents that may occur in relation to the use of the Pure Upgrades Program.
  11. The Pure Upgrades program cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
  12. The hotel rates are subject to change without prior notice. Please always check details and prices with the hotel when placing your reservation.
  13. Prices and hotel descriptions etc, are based upon information supplied to us by the hotel. All information is current at the time of being published and therefore expected to be in effect throughout the 12 month promotional time period. Changes beyond our control may affect certain hotel details (including cancellation of hotel participation without notice) prior to your membership expiration date.
  14. Whilst Pure Upgrades will endeavor to ensure room upgrades are available as advertised, neither Pure Upgrades nor the business issuing this membership is responsible for any hotel unable to honor a room upgrade.
  15. Pure Upgrades shall not be held responsible for any disputes that may occur between the member and participating hotel.
